A major controversy has erupted at the Nashik unit of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), after multiple women employees levelled serious allegations of sexual harassment, workplace abuse and coercion. According to police officials, at least eight to nine women employees have come forward alleging that they were subjected to sexual and mental harassment over a prolonged period.
